The room was perfect…Spotless clean, amazing helpful staff, They went above and beyond bringing food and directing us to the parking with our limited Italion speaking skills…I would highly recommend staying here!!!!
I can’t say the property was bad because it was very clean and nice problem I had is the air condition did not work when I returned from a two day excursion to Naples Italy I tried to get in contact with her in the morning. She did not answer her phone. Other problems were every day when we returned back to the room to retire for the night the Internet hardly worked. The smell of so gas was always there. It was persistent. There was a door that led into this squared off middle of the building. Every time I returned that door was opened and I closed it every Time that I found it open so one day I put a piece of paper on it sure enough somebody came in and opened that door. Sure the hell wasn’t me but I recommend this property to my friends. Hell no not at all. I will never stay at a B&B again. I will continue to stay at the Marriott properties or a hotel which obviously has staff on 24 hour duty. I appreciate the $50 that you gave me but you need to take better control of the properties that your putting on your site. Obviously everybody lies. I don’t lie. I tell you exactly what I find him. What the problem is if you need somebody to do that you don’t have to pay me. I will do it for free. tell me a place an area that you would like me to tour. Give me a decent price on a hotel room or a B&B and I’d be glad to write a review on it and give you a honest truth waiting to hear back happy autumn. Jeff.
