The location of Demetra rooms is very good, perfect for visitors! I had booked the 4 bed room which offers ample space, with a double and two single beds and a small bathroom and very high painted ceilings.
The window faces out to the small street which sometimes in Palermo can be noise with the occasional vespa driving by etc - so if you are an easy sleeper, ask for a room to the courtyard.
Breakfast in my case was at a nearby upmarket hotel, which was very good.
Parfait !
