Casa Chicca is a brand new and comfortable apartment located in the heart of Palermo. The apartment is located in the historic center a few meters from the Teatro Massimo, the Mercato del Capo and Via Maqueda, in a quiet and quiet area with parking. Completely renovated in a modern style and air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi and comfort.

The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building in the center of Palermo. Just renovated with attention to detail, it includes air conditioning, a double bedroom and a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for a second couple. 2 bathrooms with rain shower. Sheets, towels, soap, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are included as well as the use of the fully equipped kitchen with microwave and crockery. Tastefully decorated, the apartment is also equipped with fully functional Wifi that allows more people to download streaming videos.

For a one week stay feedback

The apartment is in a great location, but it's not really a two-bedroom apartment because one was a conversion of the living room with a sofa bed and for a 7 days stay the comfort of a bed was missing. Another element important to mention is that the apartment is very noisy, granted it's in a prime location, but it's important to consider.
