Not only were we able to check-in early, but she was also able to book us into a nice balcony room with view of greenery. "I stayed here for 5 days and it was an amazing stay. Delfina is the best!!!! I had so many challenges on this trip and she helped me through them all with a smile. The entire staff is wonderful. So cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. At first arrival, they put me in a room in their building across the street. It was a very dark building. The lights in the hallway are on a sensor so you when you get into the hallway it takes some time for them to turn on. I told Delfina I didn’t feel safe in that building and she switched me immediately! The rooms in the main building are so cute. The cleanliness is impeccable. The staff at breakfast were amazing as well. They were so helpful and constantly replenishing and cleaning. My key to get into the building did not always work. I had to get a new key issued every day which was a little annoying. The area is perfect! So many walkable places but not nearly as loud as Palermo SoHo. I would stay here again and again. It’s a wonderful hotel. "
