"The place had a nice kitchen, small but well supplied with microwave, toaster, etc. Bedroom and bathroom was small, up a narrow spiral staircase, which was ok for one night. Everything very clean and well stocked. We were able to find a Subway open a few blocks away at 2:30 am for a late night arrival snack."

"Air conditioning did not work. When it did, it would only turn on for 5 minutes per hour. The only way we noticed this was when I met with employee to get the key. It took about 30 minutes for her to figure out how it works. And she had make several phone calls to learn to flip circuit break on & to take batteries out of TV remote to get it to work.- Now I don’t have a TV remote but that’s ok because the TV doesn’t have cable-shocker. I was charged when I booked the apartment and the owner/seller never provided the check-in instructions nor lockbox codes. He responded to 1 of my 5 messages then totally ignored my request for the checkin info.
