"Very nice staff! So helpful to us as Americans speaking very little Spanish. Beautifully hotel, very comfortable spaces. Excellent breakfast options! Highly recommended if you’re visiting Colonia."

"Quarto limpo, funcionários super atenciosos. "

"Personal war sehr hilfreich"

"Beautiful hotel, the classic space has been thoughtfully updated without losing its historic charm. Loved it!"

"Posada Nova , boa localização a poucas quadras do centro histórico 5 minutos a pé, uma boa equipe, bom café da manhã, fica a disposição 24 horas , água, chá, café. Voltaria a ficar. Reserve uma noite compensa pernoitar do que fazer bate volta."

"The location. Staff and room were great. Balcony was lovely."

"Instalações limpas e confortáveis, mas a roupa de cama já precisa de alguma atenção. Alguns lençóis com furos. E esquecimentos de reposições das camareiras. Fora isso, tudo muito confortável e equipe muito agradável. A casa também precisa de um cuidado, pela idade, já apresenta sinais de desgaste. "Wonderful staff and very nice hotel with the feel of a colonial home. It is located just 3 blocks from the ferry to Buenos Aires, and a few blocks to the historic center, restaurants and souvenir shops. I will definitely stay there again."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Caliu. The Family House is spacious and clean, we had a delicious dinner and nice breakfasts there, and the property is so serene and beautiful. It was just a bit colder in the Family House than I was prepared for, so in the future I would pack some warmer clothes if staying during the winter. Still, I would not hesitate to stay here again! It really was a lovely place to stay."

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this cute little hotel. I booked 2 extra nights in colonia and got this hotel last minute for half the price of anything else in town. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the rooms were warm, clean, and cozy. The free breakfast, while simple, was another very nice bonus for an affordable stay. The only thing at all I wish the rooms had would be a mini fridge to store beverages and restaurant leftovers etc… I would definitely stay here again."
