The hotel is located within walking distance to the ferry port and close to all points of interest in town. It is also close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very welcoming. The lobby has comfortable seating areas and a cozy fire for cool winter days. My room was modern, clean and comfortable. The best part of this property is the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and friendly. They made every effort to ensure that my needs were met. I recommend a stay at this property if you find yourself in town!

Lovely!

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Colonia. The continental breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Relaxing at the plunge pool was a perfect end to the day.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. It is on quiet street but close enough to restaurants and sights. The pool was a great plus after day touring wineries in Carmelo. Coffee A in the mornings.

This hotel is the best! They have a beautiful pool area, a little courtyard with very comfortable chairs and the best breakfast. The rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. The staff are very accommodating. And so kind and gracious. We would love to come back and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was our favorite place we stayed at while in Uruguay. The all woman staff made the expierence even better by being friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great location, close to all the main places but in a quiet area of town with space to park. Friendly and efficient staff. The main area is very nice, with art and plants. Room was outdated, dark, musty. Old and noisy air conditioning, no plugs by the beds. Good shower and mattress.

This was a terrific small and pleasant hotel to stay at during our visit to Colonia. It was perfectly located near the Old Town, within a 5 minute walk to the Port where we took the Buqueboat to Buenos Aires. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice place to stay!

This is a very special hotel. It is small and intimate with a very welcoming staff. Immediately upon entrance I knew I had made a great decision. The laid back ambiance, the earth tones, the balcony, the thoughtful but unique physical layout and even the other guests all combined to make Posada Boutique Las Terrazas a very special place.

We loved everything about Posada Boutique Las Terrazas. Staff was outstanding, breakfast was amazing with homemade baking done by the owner herself. The Posada was super clean and very nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Colonia
