"Breakfast and restaurant Staff was absolutely amazing, and everything was very clean during my stay. I really like the fact that Cristiano was so kind to give me an upgrade the first night; however, on the following nights it was a complete downgrade. I mean, it was not something that I really think was value for my money. I've stayed in Corona de Oro for more than five years, and usually everything goes very smoothly. I think that most of the staff, like the guy that is at night, he's such a sweetheart, and Cristiano was also a super cool guy and very giving, but there was no water in my room every day. I know there was one grumpy guy at the reception that was not doing things right. I mean, it was not every time that I asked for something that he was doing it with a very bad vibe and not willing to help. It seemed that one day that I asked for transportation from the fair to the hotel, they made a big mess because they didn't give me the name or the license plates or the car make.
