"I stayed here for a concert that was happening at Thunderdome nearby. The service during check-in was excellent, staff asked if we were there for the show and knew the band which really made us feel welcome! Loved how the hotel is connected by sky bridge to not just the concert venue but also a mall and the convention centre. The room suited our needs for the short stay and it was a perfectly comfortable night. "

Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful. "Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience.
