"Had an early flight and the hotel was less than 10 mins away. Gas/petrol station less than a minute down the street and just a convenient location. About 10 mins out is a shopping center so there are things to eat and buy. "

"Fantastic room with incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Blanche was an absolute standout and her friendly banter at breakfast was a highlight. Food was good too. Shame whirlpool was out of action at beginning of the stay but was repaired by time we left. The pool facilities can be busy as hotel is attached to a gym but still managed to get some lengths in. Although a bit further out from city centre with such frequent buses to town you don’t miss out and indeed get to enjoy some relative peace and quiet. "

"This was booked last minute, during a very busy weekend in Glasgow and Edinburgh, due to being let down with our previous booked accommodation not being available. The price was better than most of the other hotels and in my opinion, very reasonable. The hotel was clean and tidy, as were the rooms. The staff were very nice, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent although, again only my opinion, the tatty scones were just slightly over fried. Plenty of option for everyone’s tastes. It only takes 20 minutes (approx) to walk to Central train station or a £7-8 taxi journey. My partners only gripe is that they didn’t have a hairdryer in the room however as she had her own in the car, didn’t ask at the reception if they had any. We were very happy with this hotel and will definitely think about staying here again the next time we are in Glasgow. "
