"Property was clean and the staff was great at checking in with me in case I needed anything. Lots of dining options close by. Love the modern decor and would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cleveland. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with updates throughout the entire hotel. One of our favorite places to stay when we’re in Geneva. Extremely clean. Restaurant (Horizons) had an excellent dinner. Bed and pillows could be a tiny bit more comfortable but they’re “ok”. One MAJOR disappointment was we came in late (1:30am) thinking there would be some sort of a snack machine somewhere in the building and there’s not. Just drinks and the little store they do have closes at 9pm. My husband is a diabetic so this was a small inconvenience. I’ll prepare better next time. "

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall the property seems a bit run down but that did not impact our stay. We were just there to sleep and see some local sites. We would stay there again for the cheap price we paid."
