Puffins is a pet friendly and cosy three bed holiday home with a private parking and fully enclosed garden courtyard. Located in one of the residential areas of Paignton, not far from Broadsands and Godrington   beaches. Paignton town centre, harbour with local pubs, restaurants and cafes, Torbay Leisure Centre, Splashdown Quaywest and Torbay Golf Centre are located in less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Beds: 3 beds (2 King, 1 Single)
Rooms: Ground floor lounge, kitchen – diner, conservatory, WC. First floor three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Kitchen & utilities: 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer with 2 compartments and separate doors.
Entertainment:  Freeview TV, DVD, radio, CD.
For families: books, DVD’s, puzzles, games.
Outside: fully enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, summerhouse.
Parking: parking for 3 cars on a private driveway.
General: (WI-Fi, heating and electricity included, linen/towels provided, non-smoking)
Pets: 2 medium sized pets welcome

Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £30 per pet per week). Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly after booking to arrange.
