"When we arrived at 8pm was given keys to my room when was wide open and used when we walked in was made to wait while room was somewhat cleaned and was told couldn't be given another room because hotel was fully booked. "

"The rooms were very dirty, carpet was stained everywhere, bathroom countertops stained, sheets had stains. Would not have stayed if I had another option, but all hotels in the area were sold out. Pictures on the website make the rooms look very nice and clean not the case in person."

"Gave front desk items needing fixed in our room.Had to login to WiFi everyday, watch video 1st to get logged in? Curtain pull string was broken or missing, I couldn’t reach top to operate it. Sink was very slow to drain, needs unplugged. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor."

"The cottage was really nice and well equipped. We were provided with everything we needed. The property is pretty, quiet and we were able to walk the trails and dirt roads. We enjoyed our time there with our two puppies. "
