"We travelled with our 2 pet Bulldogs. The property was amazing with top of the line furnishings and beautiful and spacious grounds with about 8 horses in the field and a lake with mountains in the background in plain view from the deck of our unit. The breakfast was terrific with lots to choose from. Couldn't have asked for a nicer owner and staff. We stayed in the "Annex" which consisted of two smaller ground floor rooms and a larger one upstairs. The huge and very comfortable living room was shared by all. Kitchen completely furnished. Good wifi, Dish TV and Streaming channels. Also tv in bedroom. We stayed in the "Mustang" room. While there we saw several forms of wildlife."

"The property was beautiful. We had a beautiful room, and view from our balcony. The one thing that can be improved is the lighting. It was dark as hell trying to find our building at night. Lighting is a must and larger signs on the buildings so that people can see the room numbers. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay."

"Excellent room for family of six. Outside of town. Quiet. Had great breakfast. Tons of room in unit. Bathroom was super small. Hard to get dressed in bathroom. Kitchen had everything you needed to make ur own food minus an oven. "

"The Hillside Inn was a great property on the edge of town. The beds were comfy, memory, foam style beds, a decent size refrigerator, a separate freezer section, and the staff is friendly. Friendly. The breakfast provides cereals, muffins and fruit. Although the property is not located in the heart of downtown Pagosa springs, it actually is more accessible to a lot of outdoor adventures that you would like to do!"
