"My siblings and I stayed 5 days at this home. The kitchen was well equipped, as we made breakfast everyday. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and truly walkable downtown using the footbridge to cross the highway. The rooms, bathrooms and pool were extremely clean. There was plenty of room for the five of us. It was close to the major attractions and shopping."

"Great location for home basefor hiking and sight seeing. The area was cleaning up after a storm when we arrived. Power out at places, no wifi, but all was eventually restored. Take a book, as if wifi is out, there is no tv. Cell service very spotty. However the home has what you need for a nice stay. Relax and disconnect!"

"Great location in downtown Fayetteville. Walking distance to several great restaurants and centrally located for all we wanted to explore in the New River Gorge area. Beds super comfortable. Owner very responsive. Home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great stay!"

"We stayed two nights at the house on our trip to visit New River Gorge National Park in June. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We walked to Tudor's Biscuit World for breakfast one of the mornings, since it is only two blocks away. Our communication with David was great during our stay and he was quick to respond to any questions."

"The cabin was well maintained and the property was very secluded. The beds and couch were comfortable. Showers and baths were working and in great condition. We enjoyed the small fire pit and picnic table in the backyard. We were there to visit family and ride our Jeeps at the Good Evening Ranch. The cabin was convenient to all of our activities. We would definitely recommend staying at the cabin."

"We loved our stay at this property! It was extremely clean! Many places we’ve stayed before do not do a thorough job cleaning but this place was spotless. The owners did an awesome job remodeling it and it was decorated so well and had new appliances. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, it was nice having a full size washer/dryer. "We can’t wait to come back to the caboose! It was absolutely perfect for our weekend rafting get away. Easy to find, clean, and in the perfect location. Host was super helpful with food and hiking suggestions and Cantrell Rafting took us on what might be our favorite trip to date. Perfection!"

"Spent 3 days int he gorge with a family of 10. More than big enough for all. Enjoyed sharing memories around the fire and hot tub and the game room saved the night when the entire town and surrounding areas lost power from a wicked storm. That didnt take away from an awesome trip or time at this property. The owners were attentive to every need. We would definitely reserve again!"
