Sleeps 6, 3 bedroom cottage. 2 bathrooms, 3 WCā€™s. Hill Rise is a spacious detached holiday home in the pretty coastal village of Trevone an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Private attractive gardens with some views of the sea and the famous Round Hole. Comfortably furnished with a fully equipped open plan modern kitchen diner, gas central heating and a wood burning stove.

Currently being refurbished for 2026 season. Ensuite to master bedroom, new bathroom and WC downstairs, new kitchen diner with breakfast bar.
Walking distance to Trevone's lovely beaches and about 1.5 miles from Padstow. Good access to coastal path.

    A holiday rental that felt like home

    The property was more spacious than we were expecting, and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was in good condition, and we were very comfortable. It was lovely and quiet, which was exactly what we were after for this holiday, and was the perfect base to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

    Relaxing holiday

    We had a lovely stay at Hill Rise. Its a spacious property with a wrap around garden. Lots of great walks from the door and nice beaches within walking distance or a short drive. Pete the host is very friendly and helpful and we have returned home very relaxed.

    Lovely house and setting

    We had a lovely stay in Hill Rise despite the Cornish weather having a dampening effect! The house is comfortable and well equipped and well laid out with outside space for when the sun shines. Close to the wonderful beach.

    Really lovely stay in Trevone. The weather was not on our side but the property was warm and the hosts had even left a Christmas tree up for us. Great break over new year enjoyed by the whole family.

    Lovely break

    Some friends and I stayed a couple of nights, had a lovely chilled time. The property has everything you need. The beach is just down the road and we benifitted from it being a sunny day. Padstow is about a ten minute drive and there is also a bus stop at the end of the pane and goes straight into Padstow. Will certainly return

    Relaxing & fun holiday

    The property is very spacious so plenty of room for us as a family with teens/young adults. Everything we needed was readily available & a really good base for places such as Padstow .A short walk to the sea & swimming/body boarding great fun especially in the evenings with the sunset. Brilliant walks straight from the property for example a walk to Harlyn Bay. Pete is excellent with communication & makes it all very straight forward.

    Lovely House - Most Interesting Area

    Hill Rise is a spacious house with garden and a sea view. It is nice and quiet, but ideally located to see and to do lots of things. There are great beaches you can reach on foot and Padstow is only a short wall away. It is definitely worthwhile spending a day there and visiting Pideaux Place. We also went for a long walk on the coast path. You can do your shopping at the garm shop in Trevone or Padstow. The house was squeaky clean, when we arrived and we could always reach our host, when we had any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

    We had a smashing time, Hill rise is a perfect little retreat, a short walk down the hill to the beach which is fantastic-we spent hours down there.     We really enjoyed our stay in Trevone at Hillside. The house was very clean on arrival and really spacious. It's in a quiet area and has a nice enclosed garden. Great for younger children.
