If you do wish to get around a little faster, perhaps consider renting a bike and embarking on a trip along the mighty Camel Trail (0.5 miles) or up to the sandy beach at St George’s Cove (1 mile). Another easy-to-reach beach can be found over the estuary in the village of Rock (1 mile), accessible via an effortless passenger ferry departing from the harbour.
