"We were greeted very well by one of the receptionists. She showed me around the property, suggested restaurants nearby, helped with the boat ferry, and suggested places to park in neighboring areas. Our apartment had a leak in the air conditioning, so we were greeted by a bucket and hose from the ceiling upon entry. "When booking, room said it slept 6 (one queen, two twins and a bunk bed) but there was only one twin. Otherwise was good."
