"The Staff was friendly. When we entered out room, there was a dirty sock in the main area and a lot of what appeared to be razor stubble in the bathroom sink. Only plug in was a power strip behind the TV that apparently shut off during the night on its own The beds were clean and comfortable For breakfast, we were told when checking in that the breakfast would be next door through the adjoining door in the Lobby. In the morning, even though it was during the breakfast hours we were told, the door was locked. Staff told me they would go through the back and grab us a couple of bagels if we wanted. No"

"1. Everything was fine. Housekeeping were awesome. However I have some issues with the billing: 2. Why were Thursday/Friday bill higher ($653/ $695) than Saturday($219)? 3. Why are the two rooms rates different on Thursday/Friday ($653/ $695 ) but rated same on Saturday ($219) 4. Why did we have to pay the deposit ($200) twice? First on Thursday and again on Saturday? I thought the first $200 should have been rolled over to Saturday when we rebooked the rooms for Saturday Are you going to refund our $400 deposit or are you going to Keep it?"

"Please stop advertising that you have a pool. The pool looks like it has not been used in years, it’s broken down and being used as storage. The hotel itself is dirty and smells horrible (especially the first floor). The staff is rude and unhelpful. The room is basic nothing special the floor is filthy, the bedding is old, stained, ripped and rough. We had to go out to purchase new towels to use. The towels that are provided are dirty and stained. The bathroom was gross the toilet and tub were stained and unsanitary we found cockroach's crawling on the floor. Not many breakfast items available. Tried to make waffles but the batter was too watery and it did not cook properly. Will never stay here again."

"Health hazard with walls $156 for a room with goop on the wall that look like blood, and hairs from three parts of a body on the sheets. The blanket had a big stain on it, the bedspread had cigarette Burns and the entire place smells like stalecigarette. The peep hole was just a hole in the door - not appropriate for solo travelers. Well we can correct that with technology"

"The property was very well furnished. The backyard is beautiful, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. Although the front of the property is on a busy street, it was quiet inside the house. The host responded to all of my questions and requests."
