"This hotel has just been taken over by new owners the staff were saying, so are putting a lot of money into it to get it up to 4 star. The staff were so helpful, my room was great ,and with the improvements it'll only get better. What a location too, loved we were looking out over the ocean, and an easy walk into town. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back."

"Best we have stayed at in Australia in our manny years of travelling. The Quality of the Building and the amazing interior design styling of the room and building were first class. The facilities were five star and the breakfast as well. A special thank you to Abby who checked us in. Her professional approach to.her job including making us feel.so welcome is a credit to her and the hotel. We will.definately stay again at the Christalbrook Bailey wherever they are.
