"We had stayed for the U-18 NE Regionals held at Gore Mt with 4 Families. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the house had a well-stocked kitchen. Nicole was very attentive and was quick to respond on all inquiries. I would definitely love to return!!! "

"This was our first vacation rental as we were reluctant to try it after reading horrible stores about hidden fees and a tons of house cleaning list. We took a plunge this time and I am glad we did it. If you cook a lot (not us), a large party (not us), then this is perfect. It was a bit too big for us since we are used to staying at hotels. But it was nice to have a full kitchen (all we did was warming up our prepared food) and have separate space so that we could do our own work. The townhouse is really on a lakefront --We took a short walk the first day. Then we got busy and it was rainy, so we were not able to do it again while we stayed. It is very quiet around here. Luckily we did not see any (scary) wild animals, so it was all good! As city folks, we tend to get worried about seeing 'wild animals". The check-out list was not much, so our view on using vacation rental has changed--that we will probably use vacation rentals more in the future."

"Lovely host and wonderful accomodations. Very warm and cozy. Perfect place to relax and cook a meal after skiing. "

"The house is very cozy and well located - close to restaurants, grocery, gas and about 20 min to Gore mountain. Furniture, fixtures, etc are a bit dated but overall was comfortable and had what we needed. Plenty of towels, and host provided shampoo, soap etc which many rentals dont have. We did have a few mechanical issues which were generally resolved- host was responsive although its hard to believe they were previously unaware of them. House had a very damp, musty smelling basement that created air quality issues we noticed immediately. I purchased a dehumidifier from Home Depot because we arrived at night and with asthmatic children i couldn’t risk waiting for the owner. The dehumidifier did the trick but owner never acknowledged that issue. We also had an issue with 1 toilet not flushing and no heat (55 degrees) our first night but owners did resolve those our second day (replaced a valve, upgraded an electrical circuit- so not a case of user error) overall we had a nice stay "

"Great vacation house. Four bedrooms, two living areas, big kitchen great for cooking, and large kitchen table great for dining and board/card games. Clean. Has washer & dryer. Close to restaurants/gas/grocery store. Under 30 minutes to Gore. They did a great job plowing snow, so we were never stuck. Highly recommend! Excellent communication with the host."

"We've stayed at this Lake House twice. It's is such a wonderful property- cozy, clean and the host is great! It's a perfect place to stay especially if you want to go to Gore Mountain or Lake George."
