"This was the best Riu Palace we have ever stayed at. The property, staff, food, everything was outstanding. Maria greeted us each morning for breakfast and knew exactly what we drank for breakfast and took great care of us. Bartenders Polo, Minny Me and Reuben are the best! Mario helped us when our shuttle service was late by calling and finding out what happened. Every single staff person was helpful and friendly. Grounds are beautiful. This place is amazing and so clean!! The food is outstanding. Steakhouse, Italian and Sportsbar is the way to go. We travel alot and this place is top notch!!"

"Our fist time in hotel ziva Puerto Vallarta and it was fantastic. The hotel is very clean. The food is very good with lots of different food choices . The staff are amazing and made sure we were always taking care of. During our stay we had the pleasure to meet Damon and Fernanda, representatives for the Playa collection. Fernanda and Damon are so friendly and easy to talk to. Damon even went above and beyond to help us ship a package back home. We are so glad to have met such good people. We will definitely be back.
