"Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. "Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking."
