"The room is clean. We've got to move to the other room since the elevator is not working. The air conditioning is good but unfortunately it was blow right to the bed (pillow) so we have to turn it off and rely on the ceiling fan during sleep. The staffs are super!! They are friendly and attentive. The pool is big and clean with so many entertainment. The food quality is okay considering it is all inclusive. I wished it can be more choice. Overall, I really like this resort."

"Everything was actually pretty great, except their dinner reservation part. We were there 5 nights and barely got in two dinners and that was only because I checked all the time for dinners. Ocean is as bad as I’ve ever seen. It honestly looked like there was baby poop in it and it stink. If you are going from beach and ocean this is not the place for you. Place was clean and staff were friendly."
