Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. "The staff at this hotel were amazing. I observed a staff member helping a gentleman bring his suitcase into the hotel. Then the staff member went off to grab a towel to wipe it down since it was wet from the rain outside. Another staff member called a cab for us and actually walked us out under an umbrella to shield us from the rain. All of that was above and beyond my expectations. They were always courteous and smiling as well. "
