"Great! Self check-in, a quick walk from YÅga Station, and a quiet neighborhood. I'm short so the room was cozy, but if you're tall/large it may not be as easy to use. Otherwise great--small balcony, a deep tub, and a washing machine."

Great service of the hotel! It was 2 mins away from the Jiyougaoka station and the hotel staff were the best! They have helped me to call narita airport for my lost passport, and they wouldn't give it up until it was found. Million thanks to the reception uncle! The room was cozy and just the right size for solo traveler. The amentities includes facial cleaner and lotion! Perfect stay for ladies!

The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.

This was by far one of our best hotel stays. The location was optimal and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children and large groups being that the train station is literally an elevator ride away. Not to mention all the food places in the shopping center below the hotel and the convenience stores within the same vicinity.

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now ā and will certainly stay here again in the future.
The property was surprisingly spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel amenities (ex. laundry room, fitness, etc.) were the icing on top.
But the service is the true slice of cake here. The staff are friendly and accommodating - very approachable and polite. They didn't care that we didn't speak Japanese;...

It is great in an upscale location. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is 10 minutes walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing.

Great amount of space for the 3 of us in a Tokyo hotel. Loved the area a step away from the crowds on a quiet local street with great bars and restaurants to choose from.

Very close to the Musashi-Kosugi train station which has a number of train lines connecting throughout Tokyo. The hotel is modern and the staff are extremely friendly. At check-in ( and throughout our stay) we were offered to select bath salts, lotions, hair products, after shave lotions, and more. Our room was very comfortable with a large bed, massage chair, and a built-in refrigerator. Also the Richmond Hotel Premier provides a local cell phone with free domestic and international calling...

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you donāt hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. Iāll certainly stay here again,

Missing Keio Plaza already, and just thinking about an excuse to return to Tokyo.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service level, cleanliness, willingness to assist from all staff. Even when there were lots of guests they managed to offer personal touches during service. I praise the hotel management and commitment from all employees we came across.
Special mention to Mr Fuentes from the Club Level, also special thanks to housekeeping, they did it perfectly and discretely, it was pleasant to...

We sat outside with the provided breakfast each day, with NO traffic noise, as the hotel fronts on a Bike/Hike path. It was very sociable and pleasant, and sets a wonderful tone to start the day. The attached coffeeshop is also popular with the dogwalkers, so the front patio is cheerful and fluffy every day.

This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was incredible, the location was great and the hotel itself was amazing. The hotel is located near a food court so if you just want to head back to the hotel and rest you have options right on the first floor. This hotel also allows dogs which made the stay even better seeing the adorable dogs every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and kind whenever we had any questions. Overall a great stay.

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too.
The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze.
My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...
