"Room was clean and the location is prime for Shibuya. I never made it to the restaurant. I booked with the impression there was a bar but I never found it, but there is plenty of night life close by. I thought it was a nice place to stay and the staff was amazing. "

"Rooms are clean and staff are great in attending to inquiries. Laundry area is not the greatest as it seemed the dryers aren’t able to uphold to the multiple loads so clothes were in the dryer for a long time, including small loads breakfast buffet was good, as we went there multiple times during our stay. "

"Huge hotel complex, easy to find, and confortable for a 1 night stay at a reasonable price. For longer stays, I would look elsewhere."

"The most convenient place to stay after a month and a half of travelling hotel to hotel throughout Japan. Located inside of Shin Yokohama Station, lots of restaurants and last minute shopping, the very best part is you can take bus to your terminal at the airport!"

"Was nice for a small room in Tokyo"

"Sadly we were only able to stay 1 or the 2 nights we reserved at Mustard Hotel due to a flight issue. However, yesterday when we checked in everything was still arranged and ready for our arrival. The staff were amazingly kind, friendly, and courteous to us. They were even kind enough to upgrade our room to a large balcony room and gave us some breakfast tickets as well. What a lovely gesture! The room itself was very nice and spacious (from what we understand rooms can be small in Tokyo). We didn’t feel cramped or like the room was too small. Beds were very comfortable and the duvets were soft. The aircon worked perfectly and the shower was piping hot with tons of water pressure. Lastly, location of the hotel. I was a little worried it was too out of the way. But, the hotel ended up being about a 10 minute walk from many late night restaurants. All in all, what a lovely stay, too bad it was only one for 1 night. But between the lovely staff and the cool laid back vibe the hotel offers, we’ll definitely be back! "

"Excellent hotel just a 5 minute walk from Shin-Yokohama station. Wonderful inside the lobby and excellent view from my room on the 34th floor. Staff very helpful in guiding me through the process of shipping my luggage to my next hotel in addition to storing it prior to check in. "
