"I stayed at Spooky Nook #2 for a Miami Mom's Weekend. Overall, this sweet little option was a good choice! It is the second floor of a very old duplex style house. The entire unit was VERY basic but well-appointed and very tidy! The kitchen had a single-cup coffee maker with pods, new appliances and a little breakfast nook. The bathroom had a new shower/tub, the water was lovely and hot and there was a small stack laundry unit in there as well. While super tiny (not a bathroom for 2 people), it...

"For a quick weekend trip, not bad. Pros: Convenient location. Close to downtown. Short walk/drive to grocery stores and a few restaurants/fast food. Area seemed safe. Liked the pull out couch option. Cons: Only one half roll of toilet paper and no back ups. No paper towels. Very little to use in kitchen for cooking/eating. Floors were very dirty (socks and bottoms of feet black from walking around.) Trash found under beds."

"The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check out procedures were easy as well. It is in an area with lots of bars, restaurants, etc, which was ver convenient, although it was a bit loud at night."

"The building has a lot of character, and has been well taken care of. The unit I stayed in was beautiful and convenient to walk to every place I needed to go while I stayed there. Some of the locks were a bit of a pain, but only had to retry once or twice to get them to open. Overall I was extremely pleased with my stay."

"It was clean and well kept. It was close to a friend's house, which is why we chose it. Downtown Cincinnati was easy to get to and other attractions also. The living room couches were really comfortable. After a day of sightseeing, I would be relaxing on the couch and dozing off in no time. Minor note: the kitchen table was a bit wobbly."

"Overall a pleasant stay. Going up and down the 30 steps was difficult for husband and pregnant daughter. Bedroom door in room 205 master suite was warped and you had to shut it hard to close it. Need a few more dish cloths."
