"I stayed at Spooky Nook #2 for a Miami Mom's Weekend. Overall, this sweet little option was a good choice! It is the second floor of a very old duplex style house. The entire unit was VERY basic but well-appointed and very tidy! The kitchen had a single-cup coffee maker with pods, new appliances and a little breakfast nook. The bathroom had a new shower/tub, the water was lovely and hot and there was a small stack laundry unit in there as well. While super tiny (not a bathroom for 2 people), it...

"The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check out procedures were easy as well. It is in an area with lots of bars, restaurants, etc, which was ver convenient, although it was a bit loud at night."

"The property is located in the heart of Lawrenceburg. Easy access to the Ohio river, local restaurants and the casino. I see there have been complaints about the RR passing through town and shaking the apartment a bit, but I did not find that too disturbing. The deck is very relaxing as is the area in general."

"The building has a lot of character, and has been well taken care of. The unit I stayed in was beautiful and convenient to walk to every place I needed to go while I stayed there. Some of the locks were a bit of a pain, but only had to retry once or twice to get them to open. Overall I was extremely pleased with my stay."

"Overall a pleasant stay. Going up and down the 30 steps was difficult for husband and pregnant daughter. Bedroom door in room 205 master suite was warped and you had to shut it hard to close it. Need a few more dish cloths."
