"I wasn't expecting much from a Holiday Inn in Waterford, Mi, but I was pleasantly surprised. Room was bigger than the pictures and overall the hotel was in better condition than I expected it would be, solely based upon the area. Not that there is a choice, but I'd stay there again if I'm ever in Waterford."

"Said they were renovating"

"Property was conveniently located to my specific destinations for my trip. A safe and well lit parking, secured access and on staff front desk. Breakfast area had a variety of offerings as well as a staff member available for replenishing. I did not require maid service but it was available upon request. Check-in and check out was expeditious and accurate! I would stay here again."

"This was the best hotel stay I have had in a very long time. The staff, my room, the overall experience was awesome! I cannot wait to visit again!!"

"For business trips, I would never prefee this place. Rooms are not clean. The floors are sticky. Streak marks everywhere in the room. Breakfast is really bad. Same bacon and eggs everyday."

"Everything was good"

"Excellent location clean hotel"

"Only issue was the shower seemed to be clogged"

"Room was beautiful have a refrigerator with ice maker was great. Breakfast a s well as meals in the evening were delicious. My only complaint was how low to floor the toilet was. It was ok but since getting a little older higher toilets would be a nice addition Overall I would still stay here . They decorated their front entrance with Halloween items. It was pretty unique!. The staff were truly great to work with."

"House keeping was available to provide help even when we had arrived in the midnight."
