"Great hotel close to many dining options, friend staff and nice rooms"

"Cockroach in the refrigerator, left within 5 minutes of being there and THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD, gave me some kind of fake receipt showing where I wanted the refund I never received, eventually had to dispute it with the bank!! The property looks NOTHING like the pictures! Run far far away from this place!!"

"The floor in my room was so slippery that I nearly fell a few times. Room 521. I pointed this out the custodial people that were in the hallway right outside my room upon leaving. They didn’t walk in and check for themselves. Whatever they using to clean the floors in the kitchen & living rooom is not right. Whether I had shoes on or bare feet, it was a problem."

"Don't expect a separate bedroom suite (isn't that the very nature of the word) at this hotel! Booked the "Suite, Multiple Beds, Accessible, Microwave (Mobility and Hearing)" which had no images. Very disappointed to find it was just a big open common room."

"Room service needs to learn to not touch peoples personal property. We came in not knowing they came in and found out that the cleaning lady had messed with our jumping spider enclosure. The lady must have freaked out and closed our spider in the door and smashed him. We let the other staff know and they called us a liar by saying they confirmed with room service that they didn’t do it. Y’all lucky I didn’t walk in on this happening."

"I didn’t like the fact that I had a room next to the exit door. People coming in and out. It was so loud."

"Great stay!!!"

"The hotel lobby smells like fries, just too much food smell that made it impossible to lounge in the lobby. Gym is in poor condition, not looking clean at all. I definitely missed the breakfast option while booking so can’t say much about the breakfast. Customer services at the front desk is average, nothing impressive. The room was clean and I got housekeeping on my second day which I was not expecting but definitely appreciated. I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again."

"Great hotel"

"Adequate parking, friendly front desk staff, room was clean-a bit out dated. Typical breakfast w/ standard food of eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffles, etc., Comfy bed and pillows. Price was a little more than what I would typically think for a Best Western, but thinking it was the area?"

"Everything was horrible only had four guests in my room and they kicked us out for a noise. Complaint do not recommend if you have any large groups."
