"The perfect location in downtown Camden, walkable to everything. Parking was a breeze, which was a relief on a busy summer weekend. Our room was very clean, which is the most important thing for me when it comes to a hotel stay. The bed was also very comfortable! The inn itself is in need of some minor repairs and upkeep. "Everything was perfect! The 3course breakfast is delicious, fresh afternoon baked goods a treat! Mark and Tracy great hosts, bed very comfortable. A plus we didn’t realize was can walk to a little pizza/sub store and 2 great restaurants. Can easily spend a relaxing day at the beach across street or just sitting in the porch chairs or lawn chairs. And love the small walkable Lincolnville beach area."

"Sharon and Gil were so nice, hospitable, and accommodating and I ultimately had a decent stay. I want to be sure to let other visitors know there are some things that may help align expectations, as a past guest, so you don’t get disappointed. This rental is not “brand new” anymore, and I think this listing is overdue for a revamp/ update. "The house was exactly as advertised. It’s very well maintained and very well appointed. But, the best part is the view. Also, very close to Rockland center and all the activities there. We were very happy with our stay."

"Excellent place to stay in Camden, less than one mile to downtown with a sidewalk. Room had an extra sitting area, beds very comfortable. Very good breakfast included - egg sandwiches, waffles, etc. Good recommendations from staff on restaurants to try. We will definitely be back."

"A delightful place, easily accessible and yet, entirely private. A lovely deck overlooking the bay with a gentle sloping yard down to the water - again, easily accessible. Peaceful, quite, located minutes from the lovely town of Rockland and within 15 minutes of Rockport and Camden. The house was as pictured and as promised. There were four of us (my wife and myself and my brother and his wife) and it was entirely spacious. There was a very nice 3rd BR that we did not use. The house was like the area - entirely delightful. Joe and Jacqui, Charlotte, NC"

"Really enjoyed the two nights we stayed here. Staff very courteous and helpful. Romm was basic but nice and accommodated our needs. Unfortunately the waffle maker was broke but the breakfast was fine. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay and ocean. We sat on the balcony for awhile enjoying the view. "

Bucket List Camden trip

"A trip to Camden was on my bucket list and I wanted the place I picked for us to stay to be perfect! I researched a lot of places and decided on Whitehall. It did not disappoint and was the perfect place. We walked into town for supper and shopping, enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at night and had a delicious breakfast the next morning. I will recommend Whitehall to anyone visiting Camden and save them a lot of research! "
