"Under construction. Self check-in wasn’t functioning. Had to wait in a long line. Room was clean but with few amenities. (For example no in room coffee.) Free parking was a nice perk but with little else to recommend it. "

"Dirty room,no view, no Houskeeping service had to ask 3 times"

"First time I stayed in a hotel where there wasn’t free coffee in room but found out Starbucks gives free refills to guest of hotel. "

"They've definitely changed the check-in process since I last stayed. Check-in is kiosk only & print your own room card with only one attendant there to help if you encounter a problem (which we did). Had to wait in line for her to be available which was kinda frustrating as she wasn't overly helpful. Beware that parking is a joke, and they no longer have valet available to help with bags or car. Needless to say, we won't staying here again."

"Room was clean, but shower drain was clogged & parts of the shower wall looked chipped. Check in was a nightmare & the elevators got backed up during night time. Not sure "
