"A great place to stay in Lowestoft. Excellent value for money. We had the Deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Spacious, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, tea and coffee. I am a well travelled person and this was super comfortable. The view was amazing, breakfast over the road and free on-road parking. Perfect. The hosts were super kind to make us comfortable with check in and out. A lovely visit to Lowestoft. "

"I absolutely loved the Decoy Barn and John and Suzanne were so kind and welcoming! Breakfast was delicious and so beautifully prepared. There were lots of options to choose from. There are many interesting places to visit in the area! I can’t wait to go back! Their little dog Buddy is very friendly and loves to chase his ball. The property is nicely maintained and it was a memorable experience staying there. The countryside around the area is lovely. It would be a great place to live and accessible from the train line, which isn’t too far away. I got a local taxi fron Great Yarmouth to get there and John was always ready to offer a ride here or there if I needed to go somewhere close by. Thanks for everything!!!"

"Great room it just needed air conditioning as was hot and being in the ground floor next to the road we didn’t want to leave the windows open overnight. Cannot fault anything else. "

"B&B rather than a hotel, tastefully and artistically decorated throughout. Attention to detail in the comfortable and well facilitated en suite room. Big choice of freshly made breakfasts which you request from the night before. Mark and Derek are welcoming, helpful with local knowledge and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is good for walking to nearby pubs, restaurants, shops and the sea. "

"This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub. The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends. To get a breakfast included was phenomenal. "
