8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful and the place was well located. Thanks"
The Business Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, comfortable, good location. Some of the amenities are older in style. But they have been so well maintained that they are like new. A real testament to how good the upkeep is. The breakfast is nice, but on the day i went (Saturday, 8.30am) it was quite busy and a bit hectic. That can’t be helped though, and the food (think pastries, cereal, a few hot items) were lovely. Staff at reception were friendly and more than happy to offer restaurant suggestions. Hotel is in a good location. 15 minute walk from the 0-train, 20-25 minute walk to Ottawa’s main attractions. For the price, you can’t fault it really. You even get a computer and printer in the room. Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront by IHG

"Everything was great - balcony room overlooking Kingston harbour and we lucked out with perfect fall weather. Managed to find our way in and out of parking lot while entrance construction was happening - minor detail!!"

"We were very happy with all the key points hotels strive to accomplish. Our only complaint was the mattress on the bed . We found it very uncomfortable. New mattress es and it would have been top marks."
