"The hotel is in an excellent location, very easy to take public transportation from the airport to the hotel. It has many restaurants around, and within walking distance to the parliament buildings. Room is spacious with full size fridge, stove. It made so convenient if you want to cook your own meals. Breakfast has lots of options, fruits, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausages and 4 types of breakfast sandwiches, also bread, muffins, waffles, bagels… The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly, and accommodating. we were here for business trip. On the day to checkout, we realized that we were not able to return in time for the required checkout time, so I phoned the front desk, and they were kind enough to extend our checkout time from 11:00am to noon without hesitation. We were truly happy to stay here, and will definitely stay again when we return to Ottawa. "

"The staff was excellent. We had a hard time with our uber going to the airport and the staff was really helpful in getting us a taxi so we can be at the airport in a timely manner. Mind you, we’ve checked out already but they were still concerned about us and was just excellent in every way💝 we checked out on june 21 so whoever was at the reception that day, just thank you😇"
