"It was clean, free breakfast which you can just walk in as many times as you want. The food would be depleted quick but they replenish quick as well. Coffee was fresh, lemon water available at the front plus on every floor there is water filter machine you can use (I really liked that). Other hotels would place expensive bottles of water in the room and force you to use them in f you don’t have your own. Room was very clean and spacious. We asked for extra pillows, they took a bit of time but they eventually came. Staff were friendly and minding their own business, they were not pushy. "

"Clean, great breakfast, comfortable beds, amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood perfect for walking our dog. Will be returning to this place every time we visit Ottawa. It would have been great to have access to a pool, but traveling with a puppy we probably would not have been using it anyways."
