"The front desk lady was lying on the couch in the lobby when we arrived. After we checked in, she mentioned that she had lots of sad kids staying at the hotel because someone had puked in the pool and it didn't matter how much bleach she dumped in there, she couldn't get it back to safe swimming levels. "The place is well-decorated, quaint, clean, and quiet. Nicole was very kind, cheerful, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay very nice and relaxing. The spot is also very convenient, being near to downtown where all the shops are, being next to a small park you can jog at, but still being far away enough from establishments so you have a nice, quiet evening. It was great, I would come back again."

"Stayed 1 night with a friend to see what Pella had to offer. The location was good though out of the downtown area. Since it was the week leading up to tulip fest we were looking for affordable. No complaints. The property was as expected—comfortable. Liked the layout of the room. I can recommend the hotel."

"Sink in bathroom only trickled water no pressure. TV was direct tv and kept getting call the office for inclement weather. Also they charged my cc and I prepaid via Expedia. Still trying to get that fixed."
