"We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed the location and the house. It’s a perfect location for us, a good sized flat, and well-equipped. The one issue we had this time was that it was late November and very cold, and the heating had not been switched on before we arrived. Therefore, it was very cold and the heating was ineffective until it had been on overnight. We wore coats inside the house and were cold overnight. "Everything was wonderful. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. The house was more lovely than the photos and all the rooms beautifully comfortable. There were thick towels, comfy beds, a welcome basket, everything we would need in the kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and really kind, thoughtful and easy communications with our hosts. We hope to return!"

I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned.
