"Wonderful staff. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many fine hotels. The staff was exceptional, especially Marcus. Lovely amenities and beautiful condition and attention to detail in every way. Clearly management has very high expectations for top service, beautiful common areas and rooms, especially well done breakfasts, even the flower arrangements were special. "We were a group of three guys travelling for personal reasons and just there for two nights. As such we were relaxed and probably pre-disposed not to be hyper-critical of anything. Having said that, the hotel is in a super convenient position, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was truly excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. "This hotel was absolutely perfect for my stay in Oslo. I was traveling solo and wanted something that was easy to travel out of, both walkable and public transit. There is a bus station maybe 200 feet from the front door and a grocery store just down the block. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a question for management regarding the WiFi and it was answered very quickly. Overall, this was a really great experience. I would definitely stay here again. "
