"Lovely hotel, had a big, gorgeous room with a balcony to the front of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, very helpful staff. Can’t fault the hotel, would stay again, great location for funicular and train station. Frequent bus service , bus stop outside hotel "

"Parkig situation is very bad - First very limited space Second they charged 15 💶 🇪🇺 No problem Guest can pay but once you remove car anf when you come back if you lucky then get the spot otherwise you loose it spot and money both"

"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. We had pasta and drinks in the outdoor cafe which was lovely. We booked the shuttle back to the airport (for a small charge) for the next day, to get our bus to Peschiera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast had very good choices. Good quiet location. 5 minutes walk to Metro Train Station. Rooms are little small but not bad for shorter stays."

"Perfect place to stay before a flight. Very clean, very spacious and the shuttle service is so convenient. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get the shuttle to the airport the morning of our flight because it was full. We ended up having to call a taxi so we would get there on time. But, taxi to the airport is only 15 euros, so not a huge deal. I would still recommend. "
