"I went in booked with a balcony room by the pool and put in expedia i have a pet. When i get to the hotel i am told they were not aware of my pet and that the rooms by the pool with patio or balcony are not the pet friendly rooms. I was then given a room in another building with no patio or balcony no quick access to the pool or pool bar. The flooring in the pet friendly room had tile plank flooring coming up at the seams. The front desk did say since i was given a diffrent room i was saving...

"The room is steps from the beach! The room was clean and well maintained. I did have a problem while in the front office. There were two very large umbrella boxes on the floor and I tripped over them and fell. Another guest who was checking out had to help me get up. The office attendant was getting towels. She came back into the office to see me on the floor and did nothing to help. Very little concern was shown, and she did nothing follow up with me to see how I was feeling. Not sure I...
