Every single member of the staff is kind, hard working, and helpful, they’re top notch all around. The room was very comfortable and the private onsen for our room was really relaxing. "It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."
