Really loved this hotel. The staff were amazing. So many small amenities that were such thoughtful touches. Loved the jammies they provided. Bed was firm but of good quality. Sound from the busy street was sometimes audible but that’s a small price to pay for being walking distance from all the Osaka action. Would definitely stay here again!

Uniquely decorated property, very industrial chic. About 5-10 minute walk from Umeda station with plenty around the area. Staff were very helpful when asked. Had laundry facilities. Only annoying thing (which to be fair we never asked for help with) was that the light in the water closet was on a sensor which would go out after like 20 seconds. Room was a good size with a living space which was nice after the tiny rooms of Tokyo. Excellent sound proofing. Would definitely stay here again.

What i liked? Staff hospitality, warm gestures and willingness to help; Liked breakfast and services What needs improvement? Breakfast menu was same everyday and limited. Food was not prepared in the kitchen, hence it was underwhelming. I would have liked better room services.

The front desk receptionist was very polite. They greeted me every time I walked in and made me feel very welcomed. Thank you. The room was very tidy and well put together. The design of the room and furnishings were exceptional. The hotel was placed in a good location in Osaka. If I ever come back to Osaka, I definitely will be staying there again.

Room was good and clean. Staff was helpful in telling us what's around the hotel. Breakfast you can skip, there are so many choices around. Interior decor is interesting. They went for the brutalist bare concrete style, which is fine by me.

The room is spacious and comfortable, this is probably my favorite hotel I stayed it, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the vibe is calm and relaxed. I loved my stay here, definite recommend. The area is busy but walkable and everything is near by!

We booked two rooms and both were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station. The breakfast was simple; pastry, selection of juices, and a good coffee.
