I went twice in total. The bathroom on the seventh floor was very dirty. Living on the second floor is cleaner. I choose it 1. Quiet 2. Single room 3. Freedom 4. Reasonable price 5. Convenient transportation

The lights in the entire dormitory are dim. The bathroom is not clean. But the price is reasonable.

Absolutely not

I don’t mind roughing it considering I’m on a budget. But even as a budget place, it’s not worth it. Freezing cold, no pillow, paper thin sleeping mat, holes in the walls, stains on the walls and floors, hair in my blankets, disgusting sink, I didn’t even bother to shower. I can’t say it enough, spend a bit of extra money and find somewhere else. Absolutely not worth the budget cost. They shouldn’t even be charging as much as they are. It was horrible.

It is what it is

Hard to review this place as I didn't really enjoy my stay but it is a 1 star hotel and you get what you pay for . Only big issues are the pillow and mattress are rather uncomfortable the shower is only open and specific time after that you need to use the shared bath and what ended up happening was people would lock the door as there's only 1 shower and I imagine they'd like some privacy and I ended up having to slip my shower as I was behind a couple people waited at least an hour plus the room is absolutely freezing I'd strongly advise to spend just a tad more unless you are really strapped for cash.

新今宮駅から近くリーズナブルではあるが、残念ながら清潔感は乏しかった。最初の部屋の布団でダニの餌食になってしまった。部屋を変えてもらえてよかったがしばらく痒みとの闘いだった。視界に入ったままをいうと、使用禁止のトイレ、洗面台が複数あり、いつ修理されるのかかなり放ったらかしの印象、不要なものがそのまま放置され雑多な印象。私自身宿泊施設で働いたことあるので、運営大変なのはわかるが、早急な改善を願う。

安い冷房のない方の部屋に宿泊 壁は黄ばんでおり、シミも多かった。 しかし、布団は清潔なシーツで寝るだけならば不快感は特になかった。しかし、敷布団自体は結構汚いため、見ないことをお勧めする。

古き良き時代を思い出すホテル

ホテルの方が親切で、別々に予約した連泊に、機転を利かせてくれて、同じ部屋にしてくれたので不要な荷物を置いて仕事に行けて助かりました。古いですが必要最小限の物が揃っています。お風呂もたっぷり浸かれて快適で、女性は9時から10時まで使えます。他に3人の方に会ったので、割と女性もこのホテルを使っていると思いました。

まあこの値段だしガマン。

4階の部屋を利用しましたが、トイレの鍵が壊れていて使えませんでした。男子トイレとも共同なので、いつ男性が入ってくるかと思うと不安です。１階と2階のトイレは違うタイプなので、わざわざ違う階のトイレにいきました。お風呂は９時から10時まで女性が使えて湯船につかれて快適でした。

Die Unterkunft ist klein, für den Preis pro Nacht, kann man nicht viel erwarten. Man hat kein eigenes Badezimmer, ist alles außerhalb des Zimmers. Zu Duschen ist möglich, aber nur Abends. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber es ist alt, darauf sollte man sich einlassen. Wer mehr auf Qualität achtet, ist hier nicht richtig. Für 1-2 Nächte zur richtigen Unterkunft ist es in Ordnung und günstig.

交通の便がよく周辺に飲食店も充実している好立地です。館内はとても静かでストレスを感じることもありません。 室内は布団(と浴衣)以外のアメニティが存在しないので、ティッシュとゴミ箱程度は設置して欲しいです。また、お湯が出ないのも(季節によっては)難点ですが価格を考慮すれば不満はありません。

動物園前駅すぐのロケーションで部屋は狭いけど寝るだけなら十分。ルームサービスとか高級感を求めないなら宿泊代も安いのでお勧め。ただトイレがあまりきれいではなく部屋によってはエアコンがないのが難点。
