掃除が行き届いてなく残念でした。 夜中に他の部屋で怒鳴り声？が1時間くらい続いてフロントに言おうかと思ったがテレビつけたら気にならなかったのでやめました。 コーヒーサービスはよかったです。

古い建物だけど場所よし。

このクラスのホテルにしては、外観もロビーエリアも、高級感が合って良い。部屋は清潔感あり、設備も良い。 ロビーのラウンジには、コーヒーマシンがあり、自由に飲めるのはとても嬉しい。朝食も料理の種類も豊富で、美味しかった。

駐車場は高さが低い車しか無理なので、事前に高さを調べた方が良いですね。駐車場が利用できなかった場合、近辺のコインパーキングは凄く高額なので、車で来られる方は注意が必要だと思います。 あと、お部屋は清掃が行き届いておらず、部屋にどなたかの爪が落ちていましたし、お風呂場はピンクのカビがあります。 ホテルでピンクのカビが生えているところは初めてでした。 主人曰く、モーニングバイキングのお味噌汁は冷めているのが嫌だった……との事です。

古き良きホテルです。内装・設備はリニューアルしていて綺麗です。2022年12月で閉めてしまうようです。 朝食会場（地下１階）で残念な気持ちになりました。 席が混んでいて、最初壁際の席を案内されました。 窓が正面ならまだしも、壁が正面でなかなか圧迫感があり、ゆっくり朝ごはんをいただくには、気が進みません。しかし他の席が空いていなかったので、仕方ないと思いビュッフェのお料理を取りに行きました。席に戻ったところ、他の席がいくつか空いていたので、移動したい旨、従業員の方にお願いしました。すぐお許しいただけるかと思ったら、「少し待ってください」と言われ、マネージャーのような方に許可を取りに行きました。マネージャーの方は嫌々な感じで「どうぞ」と言われました。結果はともかく、そんなに問題なことのでしょうか？？ 30秒程度だったかもしれませんが、料理を持ったまま真ん中に立たされ、とても長く感じました。 朝食は丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しかったです。 他のホテルのレストラン従業員の方、フロントで説明してくださった方はとても親切で、説明も丁寧でした。 他に不満な点が無かったので、１点だけ残念でした。
