Amazing stay and service. The pool, spa and bathhouse are really good and the quality of food is great. Totally recommend. We had access to the lounge which was perfect for us. The staff is so cool, the room is very nice and its beside the Osaka Station, you will have to go by the mall. The room was so nice and they gave us an upgrade for being on our honeymoon. We loved the property and the staff!

We stayed two night with our toddler. It was amazing all around. Staff and hospitality was unbelievable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and easy to use. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Definitely 5 star and I would recommend this place to friends and family.
