I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient, with three convenience stores nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants and easy access to train stations. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It's quiet, clean, and the rooms have a fantastic style that makes you feel very relaxed. It's super close to the Osakoko train station so after a long day of sightseeing around Osaka, it's really nice to have such a nice hotel to come back to and relax. I will absolutely stay there again on my next trip to Japan!

Amazing staff, very attentive, and polite. The room had plenty of space with a separate toilet closet which is helpful when multiple people are trying to get ready for the day. All staff from host to cleaning crew were very polite and helpful. The location was perfect. 2 min walk to train and several restaurants. No more than 10 min walk to attractions on Tempozan.

Our stay at hotel Sails was my favorite of our Japan trip. Professional and attentive staff, cleanliness was top notch and we had the complimentary breakfast every morning. It’s just steps away from the train station which was the best part. I would stay here again

The rooms are roomy and well-maintained. The staff do a good job and the hotel is in a good part of town. Breakfast is very skimpy. Salad, rolls and yogurt is all there is. No eggs, no bacon or sausage. No hot dishes. No fruit. The lobby has almost no furniture and the cafe is closed for hours during the day. I expected more.
