This newly remodeled home features two levels of screened balconies with gorgeous views of the lake, 3-bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and French Doors to the balconies, along with access to two community pools! There is a multi game table with foosball, pool, ping pong, and air hockey! This home gives you the feeling of being secluded in the trees while enjoying gorgeous views of the lake!

The home is located in the highly sought-after Tan Tar A Estates, the private housing section of the Margaritaville gated community. Enjoy access to two community pools, and convenient (guest paid) access to all the Margaritaville activities including Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, Fin City Arcade & Bowling, Mini-Golf, The Oaks Golf Course, Horseback Riding, boat slip rentals, WaveRunner rentals, paddle boat rentals, and access to multiple pools and restaurants including Landshark Bar & Grill.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. The open concept dining area features a dining table with seating for four, plus a breakfast bar with seating for four.

Living Room
The living room features high vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, a coffee bar, a couch, recliner, side tables, flat screen TV, and double doors that open onto the balcony.

Master Suite
The master suite on the main level features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, dressers, large closet, flat screen TV, and double doors that open onto the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom two features a California King bed, flat screen TV, double doors that open onto the balcony. This room also has an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom three features a twin-sized bed, twin bunk beds, full-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and double doors that open onto the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Lower Level
The lower offers Bedrooms 2 and 3, a second coffee bar with Keurig, a small refrigerator and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Outside
The lower screened in deck has a sectional sofa, coffee table, pub table and four barstools, and a multi game table with air hockey, pool, foosball and ping pong. On the upper screened in deck, there are chairs, a side table, an electric grill, and picnic table with seating for eight and a shade umbrella.

Neighborhood Description

Tan Tar A estates is a neighborhood within Margaritaville's gated community. Rent a boat or be picked up by water taxi at the Port of Indecision next to Landshark. You can visit two different pools that are exclusive to Tan Tar A Estates HOA members and their guests. You can also pay to use some of the extra amenities at Margaritaville Resort! You are within walking distance of Land Shark Bar and Grill, and Margaritaville Resort. This home is located off KK in Osage Beach, conveniently located close to all the lakes most popular bars, restaurants, and activities.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
