"The excellent thing with the hotel is the service. Very welcoming from when i checked in until i checked out. Room was clean and there was a fridge, safe and kettle. A little oddity was my bathroom was accross the corridor. The hotel is conveniently located for train station and also a short walk to the main Genoa attractions. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and although basic it does the job and sets you up for the day"

"Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel, it was in the most convenient location for me as a cruise passenger, only a mile from the port. The area was safe and had shops and lovely restaurants right outside the front door. Would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed here for 1 night in April, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Conveniently located close to the train station and some really great restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some great safety tips. The hotel room was absolutely spotless! The bed was comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel."

"A quirky little hostel/hotel. Definitely more suited for the younger crowd. Location is very good during the day and maybe not at night. Room is spacious but the amenities are lacking. The safe is locked when we checked in, phone and TV (its more the size of a PC monitor) were unplugged. Very weak wifi. Overall still a good stay thanks to the staffs' friendly service."

"This is a beautiful hotel very close to the train station. Beautiful old marble, wood and iron in the grand entry. They really made the atrium and breakfast area into something special. There are beautiful wood parquet floors in the rooms. Plenty of towels, robes, slippers provided. Wonderful tea/coffee service set up in the rooms. Amazing breakfast, worth the money. Old but well kept. "
